• We provide shipping service to all parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Within the Eastern Province: Orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
• Outside the Eastern Region: Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days.

1. Shipping costs :

• Shipping costs range from 17 to 27 Saudi riyals. It varies depending on the shipping company selected.

1. Safe packaging :

• We carefully package all products to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.

1. Track shipments :

• We provide a tracking service, and you will be provided with a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.
• The customer is responsible for following up on his order with the shipping company, and our store's responsibility ends once it is delivered to the shipping company.

Delivery Policy

1. Delivery service :

• We partner with trusted delivery companies like SMSA, Redbox, and Aramex to ensure orders arrive on time.

1. Delivery attempts :

• If the delivery company is unable to deliver the order on the first attempt, two additional attempts will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
• The store is not responsible for the customer not receiving the order under any circumstances, noting that the shipping company sends reminders for the customer to receive his order.

• Please ensure you enter the correct and complete delivery address to ensure your order arrives without delay.

Payment Policy

• We accept all approved electronic payment methods, including credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only).
